Born in the Netherlands, she developed a passion for salsa and son cubano, leading her to build a successful career in Colombia, where she became a celebrated artist. With a distinctive sound and a love for rhythm and melody, she has performed worldwide, sharing stages and recording studios with legends like Rubén Blades, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Oscar D’León, Orquesta Aragón, Vicente García and many others. She recorded five albums as a bandleader and received Latin Grammy nominations in 2014 and 2019.
